We do not normally accept changes after the order was placed. We want to ensure we can deliver as fast as possible so we send your order right away to our production team.
How long does it take to receive my glove after placing the order?
The normal delivery times after placing the order is 4 to 6 weeks. This can be affected by special situations and take 1 or 2 extra weeks.
What is the guarantee on the gloves?
The gloves include a 1 year warranty for quality and construction. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case by case basis by the Anchor Plate Baseball staff.
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges on custom made gloves?
There are no refunds allowed on any custom made glove. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case by case basis by the Anchor Plate Baseball staff. There is a 1 year non transferable glove defect warranty on all custom glove orders. If determined a "defective" glove will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Anchor Plate Baseball. Repaired or replacement custom gloves will take the normal amount of turnaround time.
How to Break in my glove?
Our gloves are designed and crafted with Pro players standard, which means that they come stiff, so the player can mold and break in the glove to their own playing style. We recommend breaking in your glove the traditional way, by playing ball as much as possible. After using the glove store it with a ball of the preferred size inside with our Anchor Plate Baseball Glove Wrap. Never ever place your glove inside a stove/steamer or microwave oven in an attempt to soften the leather, this will not only damage the leather but also is a potentially dangerous practice. If using a conditioner please understand it may damage the colors, be sure to use our Anchor Plate Baseball Glove conditioners.
Can I use glove care products such as Hot Glove, Glovolium or Mink Oil?
At this moment we can not recommend any of these products. They can damage the color of your glove. If you decide to use any product, please try it first on a small part of your glove that is not too visible just in case. We do recommend our glove conditioners made from all natural ingredients safe for our gloves.
